Pos Laju:

Fastest and most secured method.
Requires signature when received.
May take 1-2 working days to arrive at your doorstep.
Flat rate at RM 6 for West Malaysia and RM 8 for East Malaysia.

Pos Express:

Fast and is quite secured (not as secured as PosLaju)
No signature is required.
May take 1-2 working days to arrive.
Rate between RM 3 to RM4.50 depending on the size of the envelope.

Parcel rates are fixed and non-negiotable. Tracking numbers will be provided, if any.

Once the item are shipped out, the responsibility will be handed down to the Pos Malaysia.

1. Serious buyers are welcomed. Fake customers, time wasters will be strictly blacklisted. Please inform us if you are no longer interested with the item, you would not be blacklisted :)

2. Purchases are based on first come first served basis. Reservations are allowed for a certain period of time only. If you wish to reserve the item for a longer period, a deposit of RM10 is required.

3. All prices stated in our blogshop are fixed and, strictly non-negotiable.

4. No refund or exchange is allowed.

5. We only provide postage services via Pos ekspress and Poslaju. Buyers are to bear all mailing and shipping costs. We apologise as there is stictly no CODs allowed.

6. We will not be responsible in damages or losses upon delivery and during shipment.

7. Once the order form is filled and confirmed, we assume that you have read, understood and accepted the terms & conditions.

8. Please check your junkmail/spam if you do not receive our replies within 48hours. Kindly resend your email if you do not receive our replies.

9. Once your parcel is informed via email already posted out, we have no other further responsibilities to track your parcel's whereabout or assure you when your parcel will be arriving. (the responsibilities are forwarded to the post office and the postman in your area to when your parcel reaches to your destination). However, the tracking number for parcels will be provided.

10. Remakes may be done. Please do enquire. Adjustments to the measurement can be done according to buyer's desire.

11. After payment, we will take 2-3working days to process your order, information regarding to when your parcel will be posted out will be provided after acknowledgement of receipt via email.

12. We consider that the deal is closed once we have posted out your parcel. As such, no further enquiries (regarding to postages or any other enquiries) shall be entertained.
